DESCRIPTION:This panel will examine how breakthroughs in precision medicin
 e\, artificial intelligence\, genomics\, immunology and digital health cou
 ld prevent or better manage age-related disease\, improve quality of life 
 and support healthier ageing. The conversation will address the opportunit
 ies and challenges of extending working lives through healthcare innovatio
 n\, including equitable access to new technologies\, workforce implication
 s\, ethical considerations and the economic impact on individuals\, employ
 ers and healthcare systems. The panel will be chaired by the President of 
 Wolfon College\, Professor Dame Ijeoma Uchegbu\, with panelists Dr Jason M
 ellad\, Linia Zambezi\, Dr Mariarosa Mazza\, and Max Bautin. Details: This
  event forms part of the University of Cambridge and Wolfson College’s a
 nnual Alumni Weekend\, but is open to everyone\, including those not atten
 ding Alumni Weekend. It is free to attend and there is no need to book. Ac
