 tre for Global Studies for a lecture presented by MAC Research Fellow\, Dr
  Diala Lteif. Dr Lteif will present her research on the subject of\, "Slau
 ghterhouse Struggle: Space\, Time\, and Ideology in Beirut’s class confl
 icts of the 1960s.” Dr Diala Lteif is a planner and urban historian of t
 he modern Middle-East and her research explores the role of subaltern popu
 lations in the production of space and cities. You can read more about thi
