Practical Routes to Organisational Wellbeing: Falling Forward - Successes Missteps & Lessons Learned

King's College London

April 2

Bush House Room: 8th Floor Bush House Strand campus, 30 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4BG

How is King’s College London supporting real businesses with their organisational wellbeing?

Join Dr Gulum Ozer and colleagues for an in-person “Falling Forward” panel, where organisational wellbeing practitioners share anonymised, real-world interventions.

These learning journeys will examine what needed to change, what was tried, what worked (and didn’t), and the pivots that led to sustainable outcomes within their businesses.

The Organisational Wellbeing lab is made up of academics and students from King’s College London, who connect with businesses to assess, understand and implement change to support their organisational wellbeing, benefitting King’s research and the organisations participating in the projects. Workplace professionals will gain candid, transferable lessons on spotting early warning signs, designing interventions, and translating evidence into practical decisions—plus a chance to connect with peers and explore collaboration with the Organisational Wellbeing Lab.
