This panel will examine how breakthroughs in precision medicine, artificial intelligence, genomics, immunology and digital health could prevent or better manage age-related disease, improve quality of life and support healthier ageing. The conversation will address the opportunities and challenges of extending working lives through healthcare innovation, including equitable access to new technologies, workforce implications, ethical considerations and the economic impact on individuals, employers and healthcare systems. The panel will be chaired by the President of Wolfon College, Professor Dame Ijeoma Uchegbu, with panelists Dr Jason Mellad, Linia Zambezi, Dr Mariarosa Mazza, and Max Bautin. Details: This event forms part of the University of Cambridge and Wolfson College’s annual Alumni Weekend, but is open to everyone, including those not attending Alumni Weekend.
