The Royal Society

This event is part of the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition 2025.

Discover the best kept secrets of the Royal Society archives.

In the depths below Carlton House Terrace lies a mind boggling collection of artefacts and records from the earliest times of scientific endeavour.

For one night only our expert library team will share some of their favourites with you on the theme of food and drink. This is an exclusive opportunity to explore some archival treasures and learn about the fascinating history of science.

These talks will be held in the Library on Tuesday 1 July 2025, at 6.30pm, 7.20pm, 8.10pm and 9pm.
